Our success depends so intrinsically on how we view ourselves. If we think we’re a terrible person, surprise surprise we’ll begin to excuse our behaviour and act like one. If we think we’re confident and magnetic, the same becomes true. So many of us get stuck in our own limiting beliefs of what we think is true of ourselves and fail to see all of the things that we’re good at. This little exercise redirects your attention to those wonderful things about you, and gets you in a frame of mind to begin seeing even more. The more great things you recognize, the more you’ll be able to change the way that you think about yourself. Think about yourself in better ways, and more amazing things will come your way.
